Beds and Pillows
All beds are outfitted with high end box springs or adjustable Treca high quality matresses . The sheets are changed every other day. Should you require fresh sheets everyday please just ask a Local. We would also happily provide you with additional pillows and extra blankets.
Breakfast
You can enjoy our breakfast at a price of CHF 28 in THE LOBBY from 7 am to 10 am. Sleep in on the weekend and enjoy our breakfast until 11 pm.
Business Corner
Free computers connected to a printer and the internet are at your disposal in THE LOBBY. Should you need to copy, fax or scan a document simply ask a Local.
Coronavirus measures
A warm and safe welcome is the responsibility that we live. Our Hotel is certified with the «Clean & Safe» label by the Swiss Tourism and Hospitality association. We extend the protection concept by the Federal Office of Public Health FOPH and take the following measures for your wellbeing.
Coffee machine
There is a free Nespresso coffee machine and/or a kettle in the room.
Departure
Please vacate the room by 12 pm on the day of departure.
Doctor/Pharmacy
Please contact a Local if you require a doctor. We also provide information on pharmacies closeby.
Environment
We are greatly involved in preserving our environment. Please support us by deciding how often we should change the frottée towels. Please put them in the bath tub/shower and we will replace them during the next room cleaning.
Iron/ Ironing board
Do you require an iron/ironing board? Please ask in THE LOBBY.
Laundryservice
Please drop your laundry at the reception by 8:45 am at the latest, in order to have them returned to you on the same day. There is no laundry service on Sundays and bank holidays. For anything related to our tailor, laundry and shoes cleaning service, please also just contact the reception.
Mobile Key
From arrival straight to your room. With the mobile key on your mobile phone after online check-in, it's no problem.
Newspapers & Pressreader
You are welcome to order your newspaper in THE LOBBY until 10 pm and we will deposit them in front of your room the following morning (in the afternoon for US newspapers). Additionally, you can access over 7'000 international newspapers and magazines on pressreader.com.
Non Smoking Hotel
We are a non smoking hotel. We charge an extra night for smoking in the room, since that would prevent from occupying it the following night.
Online Check-in
Save valuable time – you can complete the online check-in conveniently on your mobile phone or computer and the key is ready for you when you arrive as a mobile key.
Parking
The parking lot Opera is right next to the hotel (CHF 40 per day). Find additional information at the reception.
Payment/Money Exchange
Please note that in Switzerland the currency CHF applies everywhere. We also accept EUR.
However, the return money is only in CHF. For changing further currencies, we recommend
the Change Office at Stadelhofen station, which is open daily.
Pets
Your pet is welcome here. We would charge CHF 20 per day and pet.

We would be delighted to assist you in confirming your flight or performing the online check-in.
Public Transport
The tram and bus station «Opernhaus» is only a few steps away from our hotel. The train station Stadelhofen is within walking distance and provides a direct transfer (S16) to Zurich aiport. Tickets and additional information are available in THE LOBBY.
