Top quality billing II for the Hotel Opera

Welcome to the Hotel Opera! As a guest of the Hotel Opera, you have chosen an establishment that is participating in the quality programme for Swiss tourism and has been awarded the Quality Label, Level II. That means that the Hotel is constantly striving towards maintaining the quality of its services at the highest possible level.

What is behind this Quality Label?
The "Quality Label" for Swiss Tourismous programme is supported by all the major Swiss tourism associations. Its aim is to raise quality consciousness among tourist service providers and thereby enhance and maintain the quality of service in the travel and holiday destination Switzerland.

How do you benefit as a guest?
As a guest, you are assured that the staff and management of establishments that have been awarded the Quality Label continually focus on quality. They do everything in their power to ensure that you, the guest, feel good.

What do the two levels signify?

Quality Label, Level I
Companies with the Quality Label, Level I have trained an in-house quality coach, carried out a programme of self-assessment, analysed the key processes from the viewpoint of the customer, identified weak points, defined quality standards and examined the way in which complaints are dealt with. Each year, measures are determined and implemented with the aim of further improving quality.

Quality Label, Level II
The Quality Label, Level II focuses on maintaining a high level of quality and on the management of the company. Such establishments have conducted surveys among guests and staff, and have also been examined and assessed by anonymous test persons. The information that is gathered forms the basis for introducing effective measures to safeguard and develop top-quality, guest-oriented services.
