Enjoy regional and fair products from our buffet breakfast. For example: yoghurt and cheese from “natürli Zürich” (a local Zurich dairy brand) or coffee and orange juice from Max Havelaar.

In the Restaurant Opera in the Hotel Ambassador, breakfast is served between 6.15 and 10.30am ‒ in fine weather, also on the boulevard terrace.
Non-hotel guests are also welcome to start the day with our “Z’Morgen” breakfast on the Restaurant Opera stage.
